BTLA BROKER / FOR HR / PEOPLE AND HOW THEY WORK
Insurance from an HR perspective
An employee programme needs to fit the work people do and be easy to understand. Let’s connect business travel, access to care and group benefits with your company’s needs. Consultations are available in Polish or English.
Tell us what your team needs ↓Business travel is more than a destination
A trade fair, sales meeting and installation at a client’s site are different types of travel. We review actual activities, countries, frequency and trip duration. For regular travel, we compare annual programmes, person-day arrangements, trip reporting and how employees access assistance.
Access to care and cash benefits are different
A medical plan or health insurance provides access to specified services. Group life insurance provides benefits for events defined in the contract. We compare provider availability, examinations, limits, waiting periods and joining rules, including what employees and family members can actually access.
A programme people can use
We check how new employees join, what happens when someone leaves and who handles questions. For an international team, we review residence, employment and access-to-care requirements. Citizenship or a familiar product name alone does not establish eligibility or cover.
BTLA BROKER / LET’S TALK
Let’s discuss what your team needs.
Share an approximate headcount, working patterns and the purpose of the programme. Do not send health information, employee lists or medical records.
- How many people should be included, and do they work in an office, in the field, in production or on trips?
- What matters most: travel, access to doctors, group benefits or a combination?
- What do you need for new joiners, family members and day-to-day administration?
